Foundation types

ACC specifically lists monolithic slabs, spread footers, column footers and stemwall slabs among its structural concrete capabilities. Actual system selection remains controlled by the project design and engineering.

Reinforcing + embeds

Reinforcing, penetrations, embeds and adjacent trade work need to be coordinated before placement. The slab is part of a structural and MEP sequence, not an isolated finish.

Concrete placement and finishing follow the project requirements, with curing/protection coordinated around the next activities in the construction schedule.
